
Senior Outbound Sales Representative – Eastern Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Oversee a pipeline of families who have previously interacted with A Place for Mom and require ongoing support in making a move-in decision.
• Conduct consistent, high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage and progress families.
• Propel outcomes by transitioning families from tours to decisions, which includes scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals as necessary.
• Implement a structured follow-up schedule to sustain engagement and avoid pipeline stagnation.
• Quickly establish trust with families, understanding their needs, and directing them towards the most suitable care options.
• Collaborate with senior living communities and care providers to arrange tours, share insights, and facilitate move-in conversions.
• Ensure accurate, real-time documentation in the CRM to represent pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and conversion expectations.
• Engage in ongoing coaching, call evaluations, and training to enhance performance continuously.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales role driven by quotas, ideally in inside or phone-based sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience in managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Capability to multitask (handling phone calls and CRM documentation simultaneously).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work remotely with a strong sense of focus and responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Senior Living Community Sales Experience is strongly preferred.
