This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Oversee a pipeline of families who have previously interacted with A Place for Mom and require ongoing support in making a move-in decision.
β’ Implement consistent, high-frequency outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage and progress families.
β’ Facilitate outcomes by guiding families from tours to decisions, including arranging additional tours and providing new referrals when necessary.
β’ Utilize a structured follow-up schedule to sustain engagement and prevent stagnation within the pipeline.
β’ Quickly establish trust with families, comprehend their needs, and direct them towards suitable care options.
β’ Collaborate with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, exchange feedback, and assist in move-in conversions.
β’ Ensure accurate, real-time documentation in the CRM to represent pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
β’ Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and conversion expectations.
β’ Engage in ongoing coaching, call evaluations, and training to enhance performance continuously.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a sales role that involves quotas, ideally in inside or phone-based sales.
β’ Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
β’ Experience in managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
β’ Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
β’ Capability to multitask (phone interactions and CRM documentation simultaneously).
β’ Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Ability to work remotely with a strong sense of focus and accountability.
