This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) project initiatives, which may involve creating actionable deliverables that facilitate communication and training as part of other OCM efforts, managing resistance to change, and ensuring user readiness.
• Assist in change initiatives across various programs by conducting stakeholder assessments and change impact assessment interviews and focus groups; support the creation of communication, engagement, and training plans that outline specific actions needed to implement change.
• Implement communication, engagement, and training strategies by producing written, verbal, presentation, and video materials, in addition to deliverables for client presentations.
• Organize and enhance the governance, standards, and reporting capabilities of the OCM team by establishing formal governance for reviewing project progress dashboards, mapping project metrics, consolidating metrics into OCM team dashboards, and analyzing and reporting on OCM maturity progress.
• Maintain the OCM content repository, ensuring compliance with standards and document retention policies; assist OCM Leadership with knowledge management and standards, including both standard and ad-hoc requests, while integrating industry best practices and implementing key measures, tools, and metrics.
• Develop and oversee project performance measurement reporting using OCM tools and data to assist OCM Leadership, and execute functions that ensure the adoption of new systems and processes within the OCM Team.
• Hands-on experience in leading OCM initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Preferred Certifications include ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP, and Prosci.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, organizational change, and/or learning enhancements while managing enterprise-level process improvement projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and the project lifecycle phases.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, coupled with prior experience in organizational change initiatives; proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools to create work plans, clarify complex issues, analyze data, and organize information.
• Ability to comprehend business challenges and processes and to clearly communicate the business context of projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities; capable of prioritizing tasks and exercising independent judgment to foster a customer service-oriented and collaborative environment.
