• Take charge of the strategic direction for your accounts from start to finish, proactively guiding clients rather than merely responding to their requests.

• Convert your understanding of GTM into organic growth strategies that enhance pipeline and revenue.

• Manage stakeholders effectively: comprehend their motivations and navigate challenging conversations with ease.

• Maintain a rigorous focus on priorities, using an 80/20 approach to concentrate on the most impactful tasks.

• Communicate in a structured and clear manner, always at the appropriate strategic or operational level.

• Ensure consistent, scalable quality across all your accounts.

• Foster new ideas and automation that push the discipline forward.

• Proven experience in SEO, organic growth, or GTM/growth consulting, ideally within an agency, SaaS, or B2B context.

• A strong understanding of GTM with the instinct to focus on pipeline and revenue generation.

• Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills: you bring people together and handle tough conversations with confidence.

• Clear and structured communication tailored to the appropriate strategic and operational levels.

• A disciplined approach to prioritization and an 80/20 mindset.

• A sense of ownership that holds you accountable for the client's success from start to finish.

• High affinity for AI, actively incorporated into research, analysis, and workflows.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
