Head of Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

• **The Role**

• Your main objective will be to build a high-performing Growth function and facilitate scalable, sustainable growth in acquiring new subscribers across our key markets (Romania, Russia, English-speaking countries, Germany, etc.) and future expansion regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• **What You Bring**

• Proven expertise as a **Head of Growth, Growth Lead, or Head of Performance**.

• Experience in leading and overseeing a team of **10–15 individuals**.

• A history of managing advertising budgets exceeding **$30,000 per month**.

• Proven success in scaling **B2C marketing** initiatives.

• Strong **hands-on experience in Performance Marketing** (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

• Experience in launching new marketing channels and creating scalable growth processes from scratch.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing analytics and metrics: **CAC, ROMI, CPL, and conversions**.

• Experience in managing both external contractors and internal teams.

• **English proficiency at B2 level or higher** (working language).
