This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of the Engage business and client context to create initial RFP responses and proposals.
• Actively seek information from Engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as necessary to confirm and expand on identified gaps.
• Oversee the planning and formulation of proposals.
• Engage in client-facing fact-finding meetings to gather insights regarding proposal implications and actions.
• Maintain the proposal repository specific to your designated Specialty Area and spearhead the collection of costs, scheduling, and other components from functional departments.
• Assist Operations Leads in the implementation of new program setups.
• Develop a project plan and deliver effective project management; proactively strategize, execute, and track milestones to meet objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identify and allocate suitable internal and external stakeholders for the completion of essential tasks.
• Act as a liaison to Operations Leads and the client PMO; develop a necessary repository of client documentation and ensure a smooth transition to the Solutions Team after implementation.
• In-depth understanding of the life sciences industry and/or one or more Engage specialty areas.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation abilities.
• Skilled in crafting professional sales materials (slide design, copywriting, storytelling).
• Familiarity with the business-to-business sales process.
• Strong business acumen.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience is essential.
• Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP certification is preferred).
• Knowledge of both theoretical concepts and practical applications of project management.
• Proficient in project management software, tools, and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, risk and cost management, time, and resource management.
• Strong collaborator who is adaptable.
