This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement a regional growth strategy aimed at enhancing safety and EHS consulting services in the Southeast region.
• Build, manage, and expand a personal and regional portfolio through client development, cross-selling, and establishing long-term partnerships.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities; lead the development of proposals, pricing strategies, and client presentations.
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients regarding safety management systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, and improvements in EHS performance.
• Lead and manage complex consulting projects, ensuring excellence in delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with national service line leaders to enhance multidisciplinary solutions (safety, industrial hygiene, EHS systems, sustainability, and risk).
• Mentor and cultivate regional consulting talent, promoting a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
• Represent BSI in the marketplace through networking, industry events, and thought leadership.
• Provide support to regional and national clients with an expected travel requirement of 30–50%.
• Over 15 years of consulting experience in safety, EHS, or risk management within a professional services framework.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EHS, safety, engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive safety consulting expertise, with the capability to integrate occupational health and industrial hygiene into broader EHS solutions.
• Strong business development achievements, including a minimum of 5 years' experience in revenue generation, sales, and client growth.
• Proven track record in market growth, client portfolio development, and driving sustainable revenue.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior client stakeholders.
• Established connections in the oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors (highly preferred).
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling consulting teams.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
