Senior Order to Cash Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily billing operations for Harvey’s commercial products, which includes creating, reviewing, and issuing invoices for both usage-based and subscription customers.

• Reconcile usage, pricing, and billing information across various systems (such as metering/rating tools, CRM, ERP) to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and compliance with signed commercial agreements.

• Investigate and resolve billing inconsistencies, credit and rebill situations, and exceptions in collaboration with Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, and Customer Success teams.

• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities by preparing billing reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules to ensure that revenue-impacting data is completely captured.

• Design, document, and uphold standard operating procedures, controls, and checklists for essential billing workflows, emphasizing auditability, scalability, and risk mitigation.

• Collaborate with systems and data teams to enhance and automate quote-to-cash workflows, including data quality checks, exception reporting, and dashboarding for billing KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, order-to-cash, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a closely related field within B2B SaaS or technology.

• Proven experience managing high-volume or complex billing processes (such as usage-based, tiered pricing, multi-entity, or multi-currency) and reconciling data across different systems.

• Strong analytical abilities and skills in Excel/Google Sheets (proficiency with lookups, conditional logic, pivots, and large data sets) along with familiarity with CRM and ERP/billing platforms.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing or implementing billing processes, controls, or automations that minimized errors, shortened cycle times, or reduced manual tasks.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong operational discipline, and the capability to handle multiple deadlines during billing and close cycles while ensuring accuracy and composure.

• Effective and precise communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to address issues and facilitate process improvements.
