Senior Oracle Tech Architecture and Middleware, Oracle Cloud HCM Technical, Fast Formula

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Oracle OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Support 1 position operates under the leadership of the OTL Lead and focuses on aiding in the configuration, testing, and upkeep of the Oracle Fusion OTL module.

• This role involves direct engagement in the creation and troubleshooting of fast formulas, time entry rules, and validation logic to guarantee precise time tracking and adherence to company policies.

• Assist with the configuration and evaluation of time entry layouts, time categories, and time rules.

• Create and sustain fast formulas for time validations, accruals, and payroll integrations.

• Provide support for issue resolution during system testing and the stabilization phase following go-live.

• Work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow.

• Document configuration modifications and facilitate knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.

• Monitor and address time entry issues, escalating complex challenges to the OTL Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in writing and debugging Oracle Fast Formulas, especially for time and labor calculations.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly the OTL module.

• Knowledge of time entry rules, absence types, and payroll integration points.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM or ERP support positions, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to OTL.

• Experience in full-cycle implementations or support settings involving time and labor modules.
