β’ Offer expert guidance on Oracle HCM Core HR and Compensation business processes
β’ Configure the functionality of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Compensation
β’ Conduct research, design, testing, and implementation of Oracle applications
β’ Engage with clients regarding business strategies, challenging discussions, and intricate business requirements
β’ Operate independently while also collaborating with project teams
β’ Create and present work plans that align with the Core HR and Compensation Implementation Roadmap and Methodology
β’ Spearhead business process reengineering and ArcLight best-practice initiatives
β’ Contribute to the Project Manager for detailed project plans and securing stakeholder commitment
β’ Facilitate prototype workshops and sessions to gather requirements
β’ Assess business needs and devise configuration solutions
β’ Assist in technical and functional implementation workstreams
β’ Oversee solution testing, including User Acceptance Testing, and confirm solutions with end users
β’ At least 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules
β’ Knowledge and experience in HR and Compensation processes
β’ Familiarity with security, approval workflows, and reporting
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field
β’ Proven experience in executing implementation strategies, capturing customer and system requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing effective business solutions
β’ Capability to collaborate with functional and technical team members to accurately document requirements
β’ Skill in creating functional design strategies
β’ Proficiency in facilitating testing for technical integration
β’ Must reside in the United States or Canada
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
β’ Must provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire
β’ Must not require employment authorization sponsorship
