Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Developer – Maintenance Module

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design and configure components of the Oracle Fusion Maintenance module, which includes Work Orders, Asset Maintenance, Maintenance Programs, and Work Definitions.

• Create strategies for preventative maintenance schedules and lifecycle management for USMC assets.

• Implement predictive analytics and triggers for condition-based maintenance.

• Develop and maintain OTBI/BI Publisher reports and dashboards to monitor maintenance KPIs and asset health.

• Configure Fusion using Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio.

• Collect requirements from USMC logistics stakeholders and convert operational needs into system configurations.

• Assist in SIT/UAT testing phases, resolve defects, and confirm maintenance workflows.

• Document both functional and technical specifications for maintenance configurations.

• Work collaboratively within an Agile team alongside functional leads, business analysts, and testers.

• Ensure that configurations comply with DoD data security and compliance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• More than 5 years of practical experience specifically with the Oracle Fusion Maintenance module.

• Proven expertise in designing preventative maintenance programs within an asset-intensive environment.

• Proficient in OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion reporting tools.

• Practical configuration experience with Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio.

• Must be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.

• Desired Oracle Cloud certifications include SCM Cloud and Maintenance Cloud.

• Experience with predictive analytics/IoT tools is desired.

• Previous experience with GCSS-MC, GCSS-Army, or other military logistics ERP systems is desired.

• Agile/SAFe experience or certification is desired.
