This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with supply chain leadership (planning, procurement, inventory, order management, logistics, manufacturing) to gain insights into business processes and challenges.
• Spearhead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and determine configuration versus customization choices.
• Design and configure Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, including Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Receiving, Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Cost Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)/MRP, and Warehouse Management (WMS) as applicable.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions (FBDI, SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services, flat-file, EDI).
• Work in conjunction with developers and integration teams to ensure that solutions fulfill functional requirements; review technical designs and take part in code/solution walkthroughs.
• Establish and implement test plans: unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT); manage defect triage and resolution.
• Create and present training materials, conduct training sessions, and generate user documentation and SOPs.
• Assist with cutover planning and execution for deployments and upgrades.
• Evaluate production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, suggest fixes and process enhancements.
• Keep up-to-date with Oracle EBS patches and module-specific upgrades; recommend enhancements or new features when advantageous.
• Guide junior analysts and provide insights on best practices and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in implementing/supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules; a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead analyst position is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time, with up to 50% during project execution.
• Ability to recognize customer needs and understand how to provide business value through the development of robust solutions.
• Capability to learn industry-specific software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in the manufacturing and/or distribution sector.
• Experience with Oracle EBS 11i and R12.
• Extensive functional knowledge in at least four of the following areas: Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing/Procurement, WIP/BOM, Costing, WMS, ASCP/MRP.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, demand planning, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Practical experience in crafting functional designs, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
• Familiarity with integrations, as well as knowledge of Oracle Adapter frameworks and middleware is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Oracle SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrade projects, patching, and module enhancements is preferred.
