This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and sustain Oracle 19c database architecture, schemas, and objects.
• Analyze and design business applications for extensive Oracle systems.
• Create and modify stored procedures, packages, queries, views, functions, triggers, and tables utilizing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Oversee Oracle installation, patching, maintenance, security configurations, privileges, and data integrity controls.
• Compile schemas, establish synonyms and permissions, and implement Oracle software patches.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and evaluate work products for precision and compliance with design standards.
• Execute advanced data manipulation through contemporary storage and retrieval techniques.
• Document database activities, encompassing ERDs, flowcharts, specifications, and updates.
• Ensure Oracle STIG compliance across development and data servers.
• Communicate technical issues, updates, recommendations, and reports across various organizational levels.
• Lead small teams and manage multiple tasks in a hands-on technical setting.
• Acquire knowledge of ACES functional concepts, business processes, and practical application of ACES applications.
• Support software applications hosted on servers that interface with Oracle databases.
• Strong background in Oracle SQL development supporting large, complex Oracle RDBMS environments.
• Proven experience in designing and developing database architecture and objects in Oracle 19c.
• Experience in managing Oracle databases, instances, security tasks, indexing, and data integrity.
• Familiarity with supporting software applications that interact with Oracle databases.
• Excellent skills in technical writing and verbal communication.
• At least 7 years of experience as an Oracle database designer and developer (DDL/DML).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle database management, including installation, patching, security, data integrity, and import/export operations.
• Oracle Database Administrator certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and professional training.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote, team-oriented environment.
