This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the weekly operating rhythm for delivery performance, ensuring clear visibility into volume, capacity, deadlines, quality, and risks.
• Foster accountability through action tracking, follow-ups, and ongoing process enhancements.
• Identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and minimize friction throughout the investigation lifecycle.
• Develop and sustain staffing and capacity models aligned with volume, throughput, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with finance to grasp unit economics and safeguard margins as volume escalates.
• Enhance workflows utilizing existing tools (Google Workspace, dashboards, case systems).
• Over 5 years of experience leading operations in a service-oriented, high-volume, or rapidly growing environment.
• Proven experience in scaling workflows, enhancing cycle times, and establishing an operating rhythm.
• A history of boosting operational efficiency without a corresponding increase in headcount.
• Proficiency in capacity planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Familiarity with operational metrics and fundamental financial concepts (cost awareness, productivity, budgeting).
• Strong documentation practices (SOPs, process maps, clear communication).
• Technologically adept and comfortable with tools, including practical application of AI tools in daily tasks.
