Global Website Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in defining how our brand is represented online.

• Collaborate closely with all marketing teams across business units to implement campaigns and initiatives on CONMED.com.

• Manage the operational foundation of the site, overseeing everything from intake and prioritization to quality assurance, release management, and continuous performance enhancements.

• Oversee the complete web intake process, prioritization, and delivery in collaboration with marketing, product, legal/compliance, IT, and analytics stakeholders.

• Publish and maintain global page builds, component updates, navigation, redirects, and file management.

• Establish and execute web quality assurance standards, including functional testing, accessibility assessments, and link verification.

• Coordinate site releases and updates, which includes supporting sprint planning, managing deployment schedules, and preparing release notes.

• Uphold site governance by managing template usage, taxonomy, naming conventions, and URL structures.

• Oversee privacy and consent operations, ensuring readiness for measurement through tagging, event tracking, and documentation.

• Collaborate with analytics and technical teams to monitor performance, prioritize the backlog, and address site health issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in website operations, digital publishing, e-commerce, CMS management, or web production.

• Proven expertise in website operations, content publishing, web quality assurance, governance, and cross-functional release coordination.

• Ability to convert performance insights into prioritized improvements.

• Extensive experience with Sitecore or other CMS platforms, web governance, QA, privacy/consent operations, tagging, SEO fundamentals, and release management.

• Experience in supporting global websites and collaborating with analytics, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
