Creative Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive creative operations workflow encompassing strategy, production, post-production, quality control, and delivery.

• Recognize inefficiencies and redesign workflows to enhance productivity and scalability.

• Develop automations and integrations that minimize manual labor and enhance visibility.

• Establish structured methods for prioritization, triaging, and managing workloads.

• Collaborate with internal tooling teams to ensure workflows adapt in line with platform advancements.

• Create systems for capacity planning, resource distribution, and workload balancing.

• Partner with strategy, production, and creative leaders to optimize output and eliminate bottlenecks.

• Design dashboards and reports that offer insights into pipeline health, utilization, and delivery risks.

• Spot opportunities to automate operational tasks using AI, large language models, and workflow tools.

• Develop, implement, and assess operational enhancements.

• Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) that document and standardize vital workflows.

• Foster a culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in creative operations, production operations, project management, or related high-volume creative settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating scalable operational systems and refining processes.

• Strong proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Experience with workflow automation and AI-driven operational tools.

• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort with operational metrics and dashboards.

• Experience in supporting distributed teams across various time zones.
