Manager, Clin Ops – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversees staff by providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance on their work.

• Conducts regular evaluations of performance and engages in career conversations with team members.

• Supports employee career advancement initiatives.

• Responsible for interviewing, recruiting, and selecting team members.

• Manages and executes orientation programs for all new hires, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of timesheets and expense reports.

• Provides training on WPDs and SOPs, local compliance requirements, and other topics relevant to clinical operations.

• Notifies management of quality concerns and requests quality assurance audits as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.

• Exceptional skills in monitoring clinical trials, both remotely and on-site.

• Proven knowledge of the company's SOPs, WPDs, and pertinent regulations (e.g., ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines).

• Strong organizational and negotiation capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication.

• Good command of the English language and grammar.
