Maintenance Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the company's base aircraft are serviced in compliance with the Company Manual, FAR regulations, and Part 135 standards.

• Organize and schedule the company aircraft for regular maintenance and necessary inspections.

• Review return to service documentation and updates on maintenance tracking.

• Oversee and refresh Maintenance Tracking Programs.

• Examine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs for accuracy in work scope, qualified personnel, appropriate tools, and necessary equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• An FAA Airframe and Powerplant License is mandatory

• Experience related to Part 135 is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

• Must demonstrate reliability, motivation, and the ability to work independently
