Cardiac Device Associate – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide direct leadership for a sizable team of clinical and non-clinical personnel (20-25)

• Offer daily oversight and mentorship to the PCS/CIED Team Coordinator

• Ensure proper allocation and scheduling of staff to maintain adequate coverage across all clinics

• Engage in management huddles, quality improvement meetings, and cross-functional initiatives

• Review and authorize timecards and time-off requests for each team member

• Ensure that quality audit feedback is delivered to all team members

• Lead comprehensive incident review processes

• Hold regular meetings with the team to review progress, workflow, issues, concerns, and updates

• Establish a routine for individual interactions and team-building activities

• Set clear expectations, goals, and objectives for team members

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity benchmarks

⛳️ Requirements

• IBHRE Certification is preferred

• Experience in supervising or managing a large team

• Familiarity with scheduling

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficient problem-solving abilities

• Keen attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience with MS Teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
