Senior Operations Manager – ERT

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, focusing on performance, billing, and profit and loss management.

• Lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Team Leads.

• Develop and implement response frameworks tailored to address unique AV challenges.

• Promote excellence in key performance indicators across specialized AV metrics.

• Engage with Senior Management and clients as necessary to foster business growth.

• Ensure adherence to evolving regulatory and legal standards pertinent to autonomous transportation.

• Take ownership of the recruitment and talent development process.

• Cultivate an organizational culture that emphasizes safety, innovation, and swift adaptation to technological advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven years as an Operations Manager in high-stakes or safety-critical settings.

• Experience with Autonomous Vehicles is essential and non-negotiable.

• A BA/BS degree is preferred.

• Proven track record in managing supervisors and coaching teammates for development.

• Willingness to travel 20% of the time to support market launches, perform field audits, and meet with regional stakeholders.
