Senior Operations Manager – Diagnosis-Related Group, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensures that client savings and internal revenue objectives are met.

• Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of the audit program's activities.

• Delivers regular updates on the program to clients and senior management.

• Understands and manages staffing requirements, tools, and training needs.

• Collaborates across various functional areas and departments to meet corporate and division objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in clinical auditing.

• A minimum of 5-8 years or equivalent experience in clinical auditing or supervisory roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to undertake a diverse range of responsibilities.

• Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Exceptional people management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Capable of training others and delegating tasks effectively.
