Senior Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• **Key Responsibilities**

• **Operations & Project Management**

• - Convert the CEO’s vision into practical project plans with defined timelines and deliverables

• - Oversee multiple projects across various sectors of the business

• - Develop systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and automations to facilitate company growth

• - Collaborate with internal team members, contractors, and vendors

• - Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms

• - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational and business outcomes

• **Executive Support**

• - Organize the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communications

• - Arrange meetings, calls, and appointments

• - Coordinate domestic and international travel, including comprehensive itineraries

• - Conduct research and provide recommendations for critical decisions

• - Prepare presentations, reports, and necessary documents

• **Marketing & Personal Brand**

• - Oversee the CEO’s social media content calendar

• - Facilitate content creation and publishing

• - Assist in the expansion of the CEO’s personal brand (podcasts, speaking events, YouTube)

• - Support lead generation efforts and funnel management

• **Additional Responsibilities**

• - Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges

• - Provide solutions and recommendations instead of merely reporting issues

• - Ensure timely project completion and adherence to deadlines

• - Assume full responsibility for operational tasks and results
