Senior Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily business operations, focusing on performance, billing, and profit and loss.

• Conduct weekly meetings with Operations Managers and Team Leads.

• Provide individualized coaching and development to team members as required.

• Engage with Senior Management and clients to foster business expansion.

• Responsible for recruiting Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts.

• Cultivate a positive department culture.

• Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and address business challenges through innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Senior Operations Manager or over seven years as an Operations Manager in a customer experience setting.

• A BA/BS degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing supervisors.

• Ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
