This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Design and execute the operational framework necessary for a nationwide screen rollout.

• Manage and expand core areas: hardware logistics, installation, and service operations.

• Assemble and direct a team skilled in high-stakes negotiation and cost efficiency.

• Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing operations team.

• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and performance metrics.

• Take ownership of the operations budget.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to synchronize operational timelines.

• Partner with Product and Content teams.

• Identify, onboard, and supervise installation, service, warehousing, and logistics vendors.

• Establish tracking systems to ensure installation quality.

• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.

• Promote continuous improvement across installation processes.

• 3–7 years of experience in operations within high-growth, multi-market settings.

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated expertise in vendor negotiation, cost efficiency, quality assurance, and disciplined operational execution across diverse markets.

• Experience with third-party logistics (3PLs), warehousing networks, installation partners, or service vendors.

• Proven ability to lower operational unit costs.

• Strong financial understanding, including experience in managing departmental budgets.

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

• Hands-on operator with a systems-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with project management and logistics tools; experience in implementing operational software or workflow systems is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
