This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee daily RPM operations, which include patient enrollment, device deployment, operational workflows, and billing processes.
• Create scalable operational procedures and standardized processes.
• Facilitate the growth of RPM enrollment within provider networks.
• Track operational KPIs such as activation rates, enrollment figures, retention, and billing capture.
• Drive initiatives for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Supervise operational teams, comprising enrollment staff, device logistics, and billing personnel.
• Collaborate with the finance team to monitor program revenue, cost per patient, and profit margins.
• Ensure adherence to CMS RPM billing regulations (CPT 99453, 99454, 99457, 99458).
• Work together with clinical, IT, and product teams to roll out new digital health technologies.
• Recruit, train, and mentor operational personnel.
• Formulate staffing models to accommodate program expansion.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.
• Manage budgets for RPM operations.
• Track revenue per patient per month (PMPM).
• Ensure compliance with accurate billing and documentation standards.
• Optimize metrics related to operational cost-per-patient.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN) is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Familiarity with telehealth, remote patient monitoring, population health, or care management programs.
