Senior Operations Engineering Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of the CyrusOne Data Center Operations Runbook.

• Facilitate enterprise-level standardization within Operations Engineering by creating and enforcing uniform processes, documentation, and execution models.

• Collaborate across departments with leaders in Reliability, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering to convert technical requirements into scalable operational policies and programs.

• Identify and address systemic gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies within current processes.

• Establish and implement program-level metrics, reporting, and performance tracking to evaluate effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or other technical discipline).

• 10 to 12+ years of experience in the Data Center/Critical Infrastructure sector.
