This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a creative category and a key industry on a global scale, fostering connections with Operations Analysts for local processes and collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to grasp strategic objectives.
• Engage in strategic cross-functional meetings as a representative of Content & Data from a global standpoint, contributing process insights and updates.
• Leverage data to propose enhancements in global Operations concerning creative and/or industry processing, completion, and quality execution.
• Develop requirements and offer recommendations to Leadership and Product for enhancements in creative workflows aimed at improving efficiency and quality.
• Manage advanced troubleshooting of client-driven challenges and conduct thorough root cause analyses, including necessary updates to systems and/or processes.
• Advise on quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) for designated creative and industry segments globally, in collaboration with Operations Analysts, Quality Analysts, Product, Commercial, Operations Leadership, and Governance.
• Oversee and review intricate client-specific requests and project work to ensure the absence of omissions or errors.
• Participate in routine quality initiatives as required.
• Lead strategic projects in global Operations focused on process improvement.
• Direct project management for the successful implementation of global Operations system and/or process changes.
• Monitor the effects of system and process modifications post-launch and drive ongoing enhancements considering efficiency and budget factors.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
• Create and modify intricate product records within a centralized Product Catalog while adhering to stringent governance standards.
• Act as a point of contact for establishing accurate and thorough knowledge of the product catalog.
• Analyze data to provide business recommendations and report on data volume, coverage, status, and other critical performance metrics.
• Expert-level proficiency in G Suite and project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong project management capabilities, demonstrating the ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions in projects.
• Advanced skills in process improvement, ideally with a background in Six Sigma.
• Expertise in analyzing data to make business recommendations and report on data volume, coverage, status, and key performance metrics.
• Expert ability to create and update intricate product records within a centralized Product Catalog while following rigorous governance standards.
• Mastery of proprietary platforms for reviewing, classifying, and attributing ads across multiple media channels.
• Familiarity with advanced AI tools.
• Proficient in creating and optimizing business cases.
• Extensive, specialized knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — capable of conveying complex analyses and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders.
