Senior Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a creative type and a key industry on a global scale, fostering relationships with Operations Analysts for local processes while collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to grasp strategic objectives.

• Engage in strategic cross-functional meetings, representing Content & Data from a global viewpoint, and offering insights on processes and updates.

• Leverage data to propose enhancements for global Operations concerning creative and/or industry processing, completion, and quality execution.

• Develop requirements and suggest improvements to Leadership and Product for enhancing creative workflows to boost efficiency and quality.

• Handle advanced troubleshooting for client-driven challenges, delivering comprehensive root cause analyses, including necessary system and/or process adjustments.

• Advise on quality standards and SLAs for designated creative types and industries globally, in collaboration with Operations Analysts, Quality Analysts, Product, Commercial, Operations Leadership, and Governance.

• Manage and audit complex client-specific requests and project work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Participate in routine quality exercises as required.

• Lead strategic global Operations projects focused on process improvements.

• Oversee project management for the successful implementation of global Operations system and/or process modifications.

• Monitor the effects of system and process changes after launch, promoting continuous improvement while considering efficiency and budgetary impacts.

• Engage in reviews of innovation ideas, providing insights on their impact and feasibility.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.

• Create and revise intricate product records within a centralized Product Catalog, adhering to stringent governance standards.

• Act as the primary contact for establishing ground truth and possessing master knowledge of the product catalog.

• Participate in UAT for assigned creatives, supplying structured feedback for enhancements in systems and processes.

• Collaborate with Leadership for vendor communication concerning global creative and industry ownership and change management.

• Analyze data to formulate business recommendations and report on data volume, coverage, status, and other critical performance metrics.

• Construct and present advanced business cases and optimizations to Operations Leadership.

• Identify emerging risks and opportunities early, providing sufficient context for rapid decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery of G Suite and project management tools such as Jira.

• Strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to minimize project interruptions.

• Advanced skills in process improvement, ideally with experience in Six Sigma methodologies.

• Proficient in data analysis to formulate business recommendations and report on data volume, coverage, status, and key performance metrics.

• Expert in creating and updating complex product records within a centralized Product Catalog while adhering to strict governance standards.

• Mastery of proprietary platforms to review, classify, and attribute ads across various media channels.

• Familiarity with advanced AI tools.

• Advanced skills in business case creation and optimization.

• Extensive, specialized knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex analyses and recommendations to a diverse audience.

• Experience in a technical or team leadership role, guiding direction and coordinating efforts among stakeholders (preferred).

• Prior experience managing global-level processes and fostering cross-functional alignment (preferred).

• Familiarity with ML/AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop (HiTL) operations (preferred).

• Experience in supporting multiple processes or stakeholders simultaneously at scale (preferred).

• Proficiency with advanced dashboards and data analysis; SQL knowledge is a plus (preferred).
