Senior Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Proficient understanding of the procure to pay and supply chain operations process at an intermediate level.

• Skilled in executing fundamental transactions such as requisition to purchase order and MRP runs across various tools with utmost precision.

• Takes full responsibility for assigned tasks, including catalog management, PO management, master data management, spot buy, helpdesk, and more.

• Possesses basic analytical skills.

• Capable of learning and operating different P2P and supply chain tools.

• Foundational knowledge of project management tools, including MS-Visio, MS-PowerPoint, RPA, etc.

• Effectively collaborates in a cross-cultural team environment.

• Responsive to the needs of customers and colleagues.

• Utilizes logical decision-making to solve problems.

• Demonstrates the ability to seek guidance when necessary.

• Exhibits strong attention to detail.

• Able to understand and articulate business language clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree (Required).

• Master’s Degree (Preferred).

• 2-4 years of experience in Procure to Pay Operations Management.

• Experience working with SAP (Required).
