Senior OpenShift Consultant – TS/SCI Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in developing scalable and well-managed solutions that can adapt to technological advancements utilizing Red Hat technologies.

• Commit to ongoing learning, growth, and adaptation to new skills and technologies.

• Travel on a weekly basis, from Monday to Thursday, to client sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Top Secret SCI clearance.

• Proven experience in delivering implementations based on architectural designs.

• Demonstrated capability to lead a technical project, including collaboration on project timelines and the maintenance of project and technical documentation.

• Ability to discern stakeholder needs and establish expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work.

• Experience in collaborating effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Knowledge and enthusiasm for mentoring others.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related technical field.

• Technical certifications such as Security + and Network +.

• Proven experience in executing successful modern cloud platform consulting projects.

• Proficiency in Linux system administration, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or its derivatives.

• Prior experience with source code management tools such as GitLab.

• Familiarity with or working knowledge of Ansible.

• Experience with enterprise cloud solutions like Platform-as-a-Service.

• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.

• Fundamental understanding of networking principles including TCP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addresses.

• Extensive technical experience with one or more virtualization and cloud technologies such as OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

• Proven track record in a strategic advisory role to senior IT and business executives, with significant experience presenting to C-level executives in large organizations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
