This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and shape the presentation of the brand in AI-generated search outcomes (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), enhancing its reputation across authoritative platforms frequently referenced by LLMs (e.g., Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reddit, Quora).
• Develop strategies to utilize Reddit and Quora not just for shaping sentiment but also as emerging sources of qualified organic traffic and brand discovery.
• Work in collaboration with AI/SEO specialists to ensure that reputation signals (reviews, user-generated content) are consistently indexed and acknowledged by search engines and generative AI models.
• Evaluate the influence of reputation and community management on key business KPIs.
• Create company-wide playbooks, systems, and workflows for managing reputation and reviews.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to handle and respond to user feedback.
• Spearhead SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) initiatives to enhance branded search visibility.
• Formulate and test hypotheses to optimize SERM performance metrics, analyzing customer pain points in reviews and transforming them into actionable insights for the Growth Hacking team.
• Support SEO and PR efforts by producing or coordinating content related to review and reputation strategies.
• Engage cross-functionally with Customer Support, Social Media, PR, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Implement analytics-based systems to proactively monitor, report, and address reputation risks.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in online reputation management, brand strategy, and communications.
• A demonstrated history of establishing and scaling reputation programs, including the creation of guidelines and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Substantial experience in digital PR (Trustpilot, Sitejabber), SEO, and strategies for enhancing search visibility.
• A strong understanding of online communities such as Reddit, Quora, and niche-specific forums.
