
Senior Online Marketing Manager – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Consulting, conceptualization, analysis, management, and enhancement of online marketing channels: SEA (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
• SEO (search engine optimization)
• Affiliate marketing
• Product search engines / price comparison portals
• Programmatic advertising: display & remarketing (RTB / RTA)
• Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, XING Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Marketing automation / email marketing
• Accountability for media planning and advertisement creatives
• Supervision of external service providers/agencies
• Consulting for clients and key accounts
• Monitoring KPIs and budgets from a performance-oriented perspective
• Optimization and management of product data, e.g., for Google Shopping
• Identifying opportunities for usability and conversion enhancements
• Budget and revenue oversight
• Web analytics / tracking / analysis & interpretation
• Target optimization (CPL, CPO, KUR [cost-to-revenue ratio], ROAS)
• Client workshops, including on-site visits at customer locations
• Coordination with other offices; regular travel between Stuttgart, Hamburg, and Berlin
• Degree in business/economics and/or a comparable qualification or vocational training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in online marketing and a total of 3 years of professional experience
• Assertiveness, strong negotiation skills, and decisiveness
• Customer-oriented, independent, structured, and goal-driven working style with a strong service focus
• High affinity for online/digital channels
• A keen eye for design and layout, along with technical and marketing writing skills
• Ability to work accurately, dependably, and results-oriented under time constraints
• Professional and business-appropriate demeanor towards colleagues, clients, and partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and occasional willingness to travel (nationally)
