This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide an exceptional customer onboarding experience.
• Manage the onboarding process from initial kick-off through to project completion.
• Identify customer needs and business goals.
• Utilize knowledge of the Docusign platform to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Analyze existing customer workflows to find optimization opportunities.
• Conduct customer-facing interactions via a mix of Zoom calls, phone calls, and emails.
• Adhere to a structured playbook and utilize necessary tools to monitor customer onboarding.
• Communicate with customers through both verbal and written channels.
• Assist customers in building and testing their use cases.
• Empower customers to be self-sufficient after their implementation.
• Proactively address risks to ensure timely project execution.
• Handle a high volume of projects and keep relevant notes up to date.
• Stay informed and continually enhance knowledge of the latest product features.
• Contribute to the advancement and development of the Customer Onboarding program.
• Collaborate with customers across both North America and Latin America.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer service within the Software as a Service sector.
• Proficient in written and spoken English at a business level.
• Fluent or native proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Background in customer-facing roles such as advisory, support, or consulting delivery.
