Senior OCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in leading and supporting designated components of OCM strategies and initiatives for client projects.

• Perform assessments to evaluate the impact of changes.

• Create customized communication plans and materials.

• Design and implement training programs tailored to client needs.

• Monitor and analyze OCM metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives.

• Collaborate with client project teams to facilitate effective change implementation.

• Aid in the preparation of OCM proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

• Develop and sustain internal OCM tools, templates, and methodologies.

• Contribute to the enhancement of OCM practices.

• Assist in internal change initiatives, such as system implementations and organizational restructuring.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and help formulate OCM best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, psychology, communications).

• 4-7 years of experience in OCM or a related area.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Regularly seeks and integrates feedback.

• Experience with project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
