Senior Observability Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Manage and uphold the monitoring platform (Zabbix), ensuring its availability, performance, and ongoing enhancements;

• Set up and configure monitoring for infrastructure, applications, networks, and databases;

• Create and sustain operational and executive dashboards (Zabbix and Grafana);

• Establish and refine intelligent alert rules to minimize noise and boost operational efficiency;

• Integrate metrics, logs, and events to deliver a cohesive view of environments;

• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics;

• Automate monitoring workflows and provisioning through scripts and API integrations;

• Assist in incident management and initial troubleshooting, alongside SLA monitoring;

• Work collaboratively with Cloud, SRE, Infrastructure, Database, and Security teams to enhance observability maturity;

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;

• Demonstrated experience in the observability and monitoring of critical environments;

• Analytical mindset capable of correlating data and addressing complex challenges;

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders;
