This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects and programs, from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance documents.
• Oversee complex dependencies involving infrastructure, security, application, and business teams.
• Lead project execution utilizing Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies as deemed suitable.
• Propel the delivery of initiatives such as WAN/LAN upgrades and migrations, SD-WAN implementations, data center network refreshes or relocations, cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS/GCP), network security, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Collaborate with network architects and engineers to comprehend design, sequencing, and risk implications.
• Ensure that cutover, migration, and rollback plans are clearly defined and tested.
• Act as a reliable point of contact between technical teams and senior leadership.
• Report project status, risks, and mitigation strategies in terms relevant to the business.
• Actively manage stakeholder expectations and address priority conflicts.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program-level risks promptly.
• Lead the resolution of high-severity issues, including unsuccessful cutovers or outages.
• Manage scope modifications using formal change control and impact assessments.
• Oversee third-party vendors, service providers, and system integrators.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance in line with enterprise standards.
• Ensure adherence to security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Over 8 years of experience in IT Project or Program Management, with a significant emphasis on network/infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, multi-site network initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise networking concepts (WAN, LAN, data center, cloud, security).
• Experience collaborating with global teams and vendors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to lead under pressure, particularly during cutovers and critical incidents.
