This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +4 more states.
• Responsible for recruiting and contracting activities for small to mid-sized providers, including physicians, physician groups, and facilities.
• Negotiate and develop contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers.
• Ensure strategic coverage within the assigned territory.
• Educate providers and deliver ongoing support services.
• Coordinate and negotiate Single Case Agreements (SCAs).
• Bachelor’s Degree and three years of experience in provider contracting, or seven years of business experience with at least three years in provider contracting.
• Familiarity with provider and facility contracting, products, and claims processing systems.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Awareness of the marketplace.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills.
• Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with contracting systems and workflow tools.
