This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in network infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate definition, deployment, and maintenance of connectivity solutions.
• Plan, execute, and manage modifications in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, ensuring compliance with technical and business specifications.
• Create configuration standards, technical documentation, and best practices for Routing & Switching environments.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and advancement of network security solutions, including firewalls, segmentation, and access policies.
• Participate in projects involving equipment and solutions from Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, and Palo Alto.
• Implement and support secure network access solutions, incorporating authentication technologies such as 802.1X, MAB, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
• Manage and enhance NAC solutions, particularly Cisco ISE, including authentication policies, device profiles, and integrations with Active Directory.
• Take part in technology modernization projects, environment migrations, security initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.
• Work on connectivity and integration projects for Azure Cloud environments, including hybrid networking solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for complex incidents related to network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients throughout the planning, deployment, and transition phases of solutions.
• Extensive experience in IP networking, with in-depth knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP, among others).
• Proven experience in Wireless environments, including configuration, troubleshooting, SSID management, access policies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with perimeter security solutions and firewall administration.
• Experience with Site-to-Site and Client VPNs.
• Advanced understanding of authentication and network access control (802.1X, RADIUS, LDAP, and TACACS+).
• Proficient with Cisco ISE, including configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation of Guest and BYOD portals.
• Experience in critical, high-availability, and operational-continuity settings.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Entuity, Cisco Catalyst Center, and ThousandEyes.
• Familiarity with Azure networking, including:
• Virtual Networks (VNet)
• Network Security Groups (NSG)
• VPN Gateway
• ExpressRoute
• Azure Firewall
• Integration between on-premises environments and Azure (Hybrid Networking)
