Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator – Network Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in a 24×7 NOC setting.

• Manages escalations from Level 1 and conducts comprehensive network diagnostics.

• Guarantees the reliability of network infrastructure across various locations.

• Assists in the Cyber Backup environment and operates under the supervision of the Level 3 Network Lead.

• Identifies and resolves intricate network connectivity challenges.

• Initiates proactive measures to avert outages or performance issues.

• Takes ownership of Level 2 network tickets until resolution, including root cause analysis.

• Produces network evaluation reports and aids in NOC operational enhancements.

• Updates network configuration documentation, diagrams, and device inventories.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.

• Capability to support 24×7 operations and participate in rotating shifts.

• U.S. Citizenship and residency within the United States are mandatory.
