• Engage in projects that possess significant depth – for instance, you will plan and manage a highly available network supporting a nationwide retail infrastructure.
• Implement a comprehensive WLAN environment equipped with NAC and 802.1X for an energy utility provider.
• Assist in the transition to an SD-WAN-based network utilizing Cisco Viptela or Fortinet solutions.
• Conduct analysis of network stack incidents for a globally operating manufacturing firm.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems in accordance with ITIL standards.
• Design and document intricate network architectures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational models.
• Assume partial project responsibility — should you desire.
• WAN: Proficient in Routing, MPLS, IPsec, DMVPN, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• LAN: Expertise in Switching, VLAN & Trunking (802.1Q), Port-Security (802.1X), STP, and CDP/LLDP.
• Wireless (WLAN): Knowledge of WPA2 & WPA3, WLAN controllers, and standards 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, including Wi-Fi 6.
• VPN: Familiarity with IPsec, IKEv1/v2, TLS-based VPNs, and remote access strategies.
• Troubleshooting & analysis: Experience using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and Packet Tracer.
• Protocols & tools: Proficient with REST APIs, SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, YAML, JSON, and Postman.
• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B1/B2).
