Senior Network Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Install and maintain IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, and storage systems.

• Develop and execute strategies for network monitoring, expansion, and disaster recovery.

• Ensure systems are secured in accordance with relevant standards and compliance regulations.

• Address and direct technical issues to the Network Operations Center (NOC).

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve various technical issues.

• Document resolutions and analyze trends to avert future problems.

• Provide help desk support and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.

• Assess technology risks and communicate them effectively.

• Manage and oversee internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.

• Support IT operational projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies and network systems.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Server Systems, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra.

• CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or Security+ certification is advantageous.

• Understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software components.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues effectively.

• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in communicating technical information both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to understand technical manuals and procedural documentation.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
