This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Create, redesign, and execute connectivity, security, delivery, and monitoring services for virtual networks, including VPN, NAT gateways, DNS, load balancers, web application firewalls, and application gateways.

• Design, deploy, and oversee cloud-based network solutions utilizing Azure, GCP, and AWS.

• Formulate and implement strategies for smooth cloud integration, encompassing hybrid cloud environments.

• Design and implement HPE Aruba wireless and wired networking solutions.

• Develop and enforce BGP routing policies for optimal path selection and traffic management.

• Modify and enhance architecture, configuration standards, and protocols in collaboration with Infrastructure and Security teams.

• Create, design, and execute network roadmaps, architecture, standards, and governance.

• Monitor network performance, proactively identify issues, and provide resolutions.

• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and automation of Perimeter Defense solutions and support activities.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted network operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing both on-prem and cloud networks.

• Familiarity with cloud networking technologies, including VNETs, ExpressRoute, User Defined Routes, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, DNS, Route Servers, and Network Managers.

• Expertise in configuring and managing Cisco Switches and HPE Switches.

• Strong background in core networking technologies such as TCP/IP, STP, HSRP, NAT, QoS, SNMP, and SYSLOG.

• Proficient in routing technologies, particularly BGP.

• Understanding of ITIL and change management processes.

• Self-motivated individual with a high energy level to meet the demands of a fast-paced business and IT environment.
