This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, oversee, and implement new business and upsell opportunities within network accounts.
• Plan and carry out formal engagements with retailers and distributors.
• Recognize key influencers and build relationships to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Manage executive relationships within the designated account portfolio.
• Influence and execute a success plan for accounts in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric selling techniques and tools for identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, retail success, service operations, and renewal management teams.
• Remain informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• 8-10 years of experience in client-facing, consultative selling roles within fast-paced organizations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale evaluations involving multiple departmental stakeholders.
• A blend of sales, customer relationship management, and consulting expertise.
• Comfort in ambiguous situations; a proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges.
• High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
• Experience in sales, client success, consulting, business development, or solutions engineering.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Driven, ambitious, and optimistic with a solution-focused mindset.
