Senior .NET/Angular Developer – AI & Spec-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business requirements and convert them into clear, structured technical solutions.

• Analyze and elaborate on business rules, processes, screens, integrations, validations, and acceptance criteria.

• Create functional and technical specifications to direct development efforts.

• Design and advance applications utilizing .NET, Angular, REST APIs, relational databases, and various integrations.

• Leverage AI tools to aid in development, documentation, testing, refactoring, and code analysis.

• Conduct thorough reviews of solutions and AI-assisted code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Engage in API design, data modeling, integrations, and making technical decisions.

• Identify deficiencies in requirements, systemic impacts, and technical risks.

• Mentor junior developers in analysis, best practices, and the responsible application of AI technologies.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, technical standards, and quality of delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in C# and .NET development.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs.

• Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, authentication, authorization, and system integrations.

• Understanding of architectural best practices, code organization, design patterns, and separation of concerns.

• Proficient in Git, code versioning, and collaborative development practices.

• Critical thinking skills to review code, identify technical problems, and suggest enhancements.

• Strong communication, independence, organization, and collaboration skills with technical teams and business sectors.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for development, analysis, documentation, and testing support.

• Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools.

• Nice-to-have: experience in specification-driven development, technical documentation, or Spec-Driven Development.

• Nice-to-have: knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging, and fault analysis.

• Nice-to-have: experience with systems featuring complex business rules, integrations, legacy systems, or the insurance industry.
