Senior .NET Developer – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions;

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD);

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies, aligning technical objectives with business goals;

• Develop and maintain applications utilizing Microsoft technologies;

• Construct and enhance APIs, WebServices, and system integrations;

• Focus on automating pipelines and DevOps processes;

• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational challenges;

• Ensure application stability, scalability, and performance;

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development and deployment processes;

• Work with cloud solutions, preferably Azure;

• Leverage code assistants and AI to expedite feature development;

• Create effective prompts for code generation, refactoring, and documentation;

• Rigorously validate code and AI-generated suggestions prior to approval;

• Uphold best practices for security and data privacy when utilizing public and private AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with DevOps automation, CI, and CD;

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools;

• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with:

• C#

• .NET Framework

• .NET Core

• ASP.NET

• PL/SQL

• WebServices

• REST APIs

• Service Bus

• Azure

• Azure API Management (APIM)

• Oracle Database;

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;

• Experience in the financial or insurance sectors;

• Background in cloud technologies, preferably Azure;

• Understanding of Prompt Engineering as it pertains to software development;

• Knowledge of Few-shot Prompting and Chain-of-Thought techniques;

• Comprehension of security, privacy, and governance in AI usage;

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for validating AI-generated code.

• Desired:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;

• Relevant certifications in DevOps or other IT disciplines will be advantageous;

• Excellent communication, teamwork, proactivity, and effective time management.
