Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications based on .NET technology utilizing C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.

• Create scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs, web applications, and backend systems.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services into current applications.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless user interface integration.

• Write clean, efficient code that is maintainable and adheres to best practices and coding standards.

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members.

• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and fellow developers to gather requirements and deliver timely solutions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.

• Enhance application performance and scalability by profiling and refactoring code.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development processes and solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on .NET technologies and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Microsoft certifications in .NET technologies (e.g., MCPD, MCSD) are advantageous.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying enterprise-grade applications.

• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.

• Significant experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

• Practical experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional but preferred).

• Understanding of database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
