Senior .Net Core Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders in client projects regarding the status and recommendations.

• Develop client code that is not only efficient but also high-performing, testable, scalable, secure, and of exceptional quality.

• Actively engage in precise planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methodologies and tools.

• Skillfully gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.

• Execute complex tasks within current methodologies and quality standards, demonstrating success across various engagements.

• Enhance client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points, foresee potential issues, and iterate on solutions that promote client success.

• Participate in agile software development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

• Actively contribute to the Engineering Practice community by mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, supporting the enhancement of technical skills.

• Independently lead project delivery within established architecture, showcasing autonomy and accountability throughout all phases from conceptualization to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of experience and be capable of working with a legacy application to achieve the following:

• Identify the replacement of legacy systems with API endpoints.

• Design and construct the API layer, including routing and appropriate levels of "chatter".

• Introduce unit testing to the existing codebase.

• Implement a .NET Core startup structure.

• Manage authentication within this framework, including OAuth (Azure B2C).

• Provide guidance and oversight to junior developers involved in the solution.

• Comfortable working in a Scrum environment.
