Senior .NET Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain APIs and backend services utilizing the .NET platform (Core/.NET).

• Collaborate on the architectural development of new features and the ongoing enhancement of current systems.

• Guarantee code quality through unit and integration testing along with adherence to development best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture).

• Execute and oversee observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) employing tools like Dynatrace to track application health and performance in a production setting.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure, deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with an emphasis on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in code reviews.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer.

• Proficient in .NET Core or .NET 6/7/8+ and the C# programming language.

• Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring, tracing, and performance analysis of applications (observability).

• Practical knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Skilled in using and managing containers via Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, preferably with GKE.

• Strong SQL capabilities and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

• Understanding of microservices architecture and asynchronous communication (queues/messaging, e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
