This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist in formulating innovative strategies and business development initiatives derived from market analysis and customer feedback.
• Manage expectations related to sales revenue and expense control.
• Provide forecasts for new business opportunities based on the sales funnel and pipeline.
• Represent the organization at professional gatherings, trade shows, conferences, exhibits, and promotional events.
• Utilize Salesforce, PowerBI, OneAlere, On Tracc, Smartsheet, and other tools to monitor sales activities, objectives, and account manager performance.
• Support the creation, implementation, and assessment of the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance of sales activities with the company's code of conduct and enforce pricing discipline.
• Observe Sales Team Managers and National/Regional Account Managers in the field, offering feedback and identifying growth prospects.
• Manage expectations regarding call cycles.
• Collaborate with sales managers and account managers to develop sales plans that promote revenue growth for designated accounts or territories.
• Track leads and new business opportunities.
• Offer sales performance and marketing insights to company leadership.
• Collect and present feedback on competitors and market trends.
• Coordinate with field technical service teams and technical consultants to address customer needs.
• Work closely with sales administration, finance, manufacturing, shipping, and R&D to fulfill customer requirements.
• Ensure account managers adhere to protocols for contracts, quotations, and RFPs.
• Achieve profitable growth and meet sales commitments.
• Oversee staff performance to align with departmental and company objectives.
• Uphold professional conduct and compliance with business policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Lead the business operations in accordance with company policies while fostering productive internal and external relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate status updates, needs, forecasts, risks, and timelines to executive teams.
• Prior experience in project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in negotiation skills.
• Diligent, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Capability to coordinate, plan, manage, and oversee multiple facets of a company to maximize productivity.
