This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop innovative strategies and business development efforts informed by market trends and customer feedback.
• Manage expectations related to sales revenue and expense control.
• Provide projections for new business opportunities based on the sales funnel and pipeline analysis.
• Represent the organization at professional meetings, trade shows, conferences, exhibits, and promotional activities.
• Utilize Salesforce, PowerBI, OneAlere, On Tracc, Smartsheet, and other tools to monitor sales activities and assess account manager performance.
• Assist in the development, execution, and evaluation of the Quality Management System.
• Ensure that sales activities adhere to the company’s code of conduct and enforce pricing discipline.
• Observe Sales Team Managers and National/Regional Account Managers in the field, providing constructive feedback and identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage expectations regarding the sales call cycle.
• Create sales strategies for designated accounts or territories.
• Track leads and new business opportunities.
• Deliver sales performance and marketing insights to leadership.
• Collect and share feedback on competition and market developments.
• Collaborate with field technical service teams and technical consultants to fulfill customer requirements.
• Coordinate with sales administration, finance, manufacturing, shipping, and R&D to support client needs.
• Ensure account managers adhere to guidelines regarding contracts, quotations, and RFPs.
• Drive profitable growth while fulfilling sales commitments.
• Manage staff performance in alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
• Stay informed about quality implications and possible device defects.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and compliance with business policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Lead the business in accordance with company policies and foster productive internal and external relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Capability to effectively communicate status, needs, forecasts, risks, and timelines to executive teams.
• Previous project management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in negotiation.
• Diligent, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to coordinate, plan, manage, and oversee various facets of a company for maximum productivity.
